Join us for live worship and preaching in the Family Life Center at Highlands Renton! If you are not comfortable attending in person yet, we fully support that decision and will continue to offer our online service times.

For those wanting to attend these special services, please take time to go over the important information below, and note that space is limited (RSVP required in advance, and space will fill up quickly!)

  • In order to care for our church family and community, we are following the CDC guidelines.
  • We have adjusted the format and instrumentation of the musical portion of our services, in order to minimize risk.
  • This Sunday we will be encouraging people to worship by meditating on the lyrics instead of singing (click here for more information).
  • If you are high risk or are experiencing symptoms of any kind, do not attend.
  • Masks are required before, during, and after service (please bring your own).
  • Please stay 6 feet apart (from anyone outside your home)
  • Services will be touchless (no passing of offering, programs, etc.)
  • Chairs are provided but you are also welcome to bring your own. Our chairs will be sanitized between each service.
  • Bathrooms will be available on site.
  • Our team will be cleaning before, during, and after each service.
  • Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to the start of the service time for which you RSVP, and please plan on leaving 10 minutes after your service time is complete.

KIDS SERVICES 

We’re excited to welcome our families with in-person kid’s classes, babies through 6th grade. Class sizes are limited to 25% of the room capacity to ensure social distancing and are expected to fill up quickly.

The Kid’s Team has the following safety measures in place to keep everyone safe. If your child is experiencing symptoms of any kind, please do not bring them to class.

CHECK IN

  • We’ll have drop-off and pick-up zones to limit hallway traffic. Babies, toddlers and preschool kids will check in at the Preschool Entrance. Elementary kids will check in at the Forum entrance. If possible, we ask that you have only one parent with your child to reduce the number of people in the check-in zone.
  • Adults, please remember to check-in with the Welcome Team in the FLC as well.
  • Team members and kids will check their temperatures as they enter the building to be sure they’re below 100.4 degrees.
  • There will be a no contact check in system and name tags will be ready for each registered child at the check-in area.

CLASSROOM SAFETY

  • Leaders will wear masks indoors and we ask that kids, 2 years old and over, wear a mask to the best of their ability.
  • High touch areas and classrooms will be sanitized between class times.

    • MIDDLE SCHOOL GATHERING

    We will be meeting in Room 300, please enter through the main HCC entrance on the upper level or if you are coming from a service you can use the FLC stairs up to the third floor. Each middle school gathering will feature fun activities, engaging teaching, and in-person small groups. During the gatherings, leaders and students will be required to wear a mask, maintain social distancing, and uphold the safety guidelines outlined by the state.
