CHRISTMAS IN JULY

Christmas in July is a yearly event when we get the opportunity to show love to our missionaries. If you'd like to participate, pick up a gift tag in the lobby on Sunday, July 25. Tags will have gift suggestions provided by HCC’s missionaries. Bring your unwrapped gift to the church by Sunday, August 15. We'll take care of the shipping. COVID-19 is reshaping life for everyone and reminding us we live in an uncertain world. Missionaries are serving in places where they may feel this uncertainty more intensely than others do. The COVID-19 pandemic is forcing missionaries, church planters, and campus ministers around the world to adapt to a new reality. With that in mind, we are asking you to join with us to send notes of encouragement to the HCC missionaries around the world.

At Highlands we fully believe the words of Jesus are as true today as the day he first spoke them when he said, “go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” This commission motivates all that we do at Highlands and is a calling on all of our lives.
