STAFF PROFILES: JORDAN MARSLAND
We’re thankful for our awesome staff team members who are serving in ministry at Highlands! Staff Profiles is an opportunity for you to get to know each of them a bit better, and maybe even learn something about them you didn’t know.
Tell us a bit about your background in a paragraph:
My wife, Karisa, and I both grew up in Salem, Oregon. We met in our church youth group and started dating in high school. After graduating college with a degree in Pastoral Ministries, I took a job at Highlands and we moved to Renton. We have now been serving at Highlands for six years. Throughout that time, my job has changed several times and I have earned a Master’s degree in Christian Leadership.
Tell us about your role on staff at Highlands:
I help lead the student ministries at Highlands. My primary role is overseeing the Kent Student Ministries. I love getting connecting with families in Kent and giving the students there a place to grow in their relationships with Christ.
