About the Role: 
We’re seeking a Discipleship Pastor who is passionate about guiding and strengthening the adult ministries at Highlands through a clear, intentional discipleship strategy. This role involves coaching and caring for our Adult Ministries team leaders, ensuring they thrive both personally and in ministry. You’ll also provide support and training to group leaders, raising up new leaders and ensuring groups start effectively. By developing clear pathways for connection and community, you’ll equip adults to think biblically, witness wisely, and practice discipleship at home. Renton, Washington, is a vibrant suburb located southeast of Seattle, known for its beautiful waterfront parks on Lake Washington and the Cedar River. It has a diverse community with a mix of residential neighborhoods and bustling commercial areas, including the headquarters of major corporations like Boeing. Renton offers a range of cultural and recreational activities, making it an attractive place for families and young professionals alike.

Salary range: The compensation range is $65,900 to $110,000 This is a full-time role, work week is Sunday through Thursday. This position comes with paid time-off, sick leave, and eleven annual holidays. Occasional evening/weekend events required.
