Our desire is for Highlands Community Church to be a place where women, men, and children grow, thrive, and flourish in both ministry and life. As part of our commitment to listening well, learning, and better understanding the experiences of the women in our church, we are launching a series of surveys and conversations. We believe there is always room for us to grow as a church, and we want to learn from your experiences.

The first step is a general survey for women who are 19 years of age or older and are members or regular attendees of Highlands. The survey will remain open through September 13, 2026.

Responses will be reviewed by the Helping Women Flourish (HWF) Steering Committee and we will share overall themes and insights with Highlands’ leadership. A summary of what we learn will also be presented at a future Members Night.

Thank you for taking the time to participate in this important initiative. Your voice matters, and we are grateful for your willingness to share your experiences and perspectives.

If a survey isn’t your preferred way to share, or if you would rather speak with someone personally, we would love to hear from you. You can reach us by emailing HWF@HIGHLANDSCC.ORG or by contacting any member of the Helping Women Flourish Steering Committee listed below.

Our prayer is that what we learn through this process will deepen our understanding and love for one another, help our leadership better equip and care for the women of Highlands, and guide us toward meaningful growth where it is needed.
